This unit can be transported and stored as needed on its 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters, respectively. Its 81-inch-wide by 281⁄2-inch-deep by 355⁄8-inch-high structure accommodates 20-pound LP gas tanks and its undershelf can support commonly used items, such as condiments, dishware, and utensils. Ready for use upon shipment, it comes assembled on a skid.

The Crown Verity CV-RCB-72-SI50/100 mobile grill’s stainless steel pilot burner tube system is supplied with LP gas that heats the 15,000-BTU burners within 5 minutes. A stainless steel burner is integrated every 5.75 inches across the cooking surface, distributing even heat to reduce cold spots. Its stainless steel radiants are locked in place to resist shifting when the unit is transported for consistent results over time. Its 70-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep cooking surface isn’t obstructed by add-ons, such as a roll dome or wind guard, so operators can serve food directly to customers from the grill.
